Chock Shop started in 2011 when founder Greg Shearman set out to make the best brownie possible: proper Belgian chocolate, handmade in small batches, and cut into a circle so every guest gets the soft, gooey centre instead of a dry edge. That attention to detail turned a market stall into a nationwide brand serving events across the UK.
Chock Shop Essex brings that same recipe and standard to weddings, corporate events and celebrations across Essex, Kent, Suffolk and London, served warm with cream, berries and hot chocolate sauce, with gluten free and vegan options for every guest.
